That’s what WDW gets for allowing these people on property. Like I’m going to spend my money to go to a political protest. Next will be BLM burning, looting, and murdering.

Still trying to figure out why people protest the wrongful killing of black criminals (usually in the process of committing a crime) but could care less when innocent black bystanders are killed and even when it’s children. Google “chicago murders” if you’re not sure what I’m talking about. I’m sure you’ll get lots of hits and examples.

How about you all quit and take the “extremely diverse” NBA with you in protest?

I’m thrilled to see the events of the past couple of days. Not thrilled at the reasons it was necessary for people to take a stand and cancel games and have referees march in solidarity, but very happy to see that people in high profile positions are taking a stand by taking a knee or flat out refusing to perform for the masses.

Black lives matter. Yes, all lives matter — but all lives cannot matter until black lives also matter.

I’m proud of the players of the NBA and MLB and these referees for doing what is right and taking a stand against injustice.

Once in uniform the athlete is on the job and his opinion does not matter nor hold any weight. Trying doing that you small potatoes job and see what happens. Athletes, along with the referees are not protesting for the correct thing NOR in the correct place. What does protesting on private property resolve? They are actually hoping for altercation with Disney.

lol ahnsael your narrative is hilarious! you say black lives matter and if they really do matter so much to you and all these “peaceful” protestors I simply ask why haven’t any games been cancelled for the over 400 murders in the city of chicago this year? including a helpless baby shot in a stroller – where’s lebron demanding justice for this infant? its a fact that the number of blacks killed by blacks is far greater then the number of blacks killed by any other race. so if black lives matter so much, you and the “peaceful” protesters could start by fixing that problem first and you’ll save way more black lives! canceling sports and taking a knee isn’t going to solve that problem.

black lives can’t matter until ALL black lives matter

Take long walk off short pier.

Cancel the rest of the season and tell them to leave. People don’t go to Disney for protest. They go to have fun. Protest at your buildings and leave Disney out of it.

Cancel all “professional” sports. I won’t watch another game or attend ever. I pay for entertainment, not a political statement. If everyone just quits attending pro sports and buying expensive merch these guys wouldn’t get paid millions. They protest criminals, but yet live in gated communities to protect them from the same people their protesting for. White people go to games and write your checks. How about whites protest sporting events and you lose your job because of it. NBA just like BLM is now a racist organization.

Wish there was a like button. You said it best!

Go take all your overpaid prima donna’s and go home. I would never stoop to watch an NFL, NBA or other sports contest. Either play the game or take your political garbage home and GET OUT!!

  7. Professional athletes and movie stars think they have some kind of special opinions that we should care about. Go play your silly games (players) and pretend to be someone you are not (actors). No one cares. You are hollow, insignificant, rich brats. Go do something that really matters.

I would love to see protestors quit their “day” jobs and attend a police academy and start wearing a badge if they want to make a difference. Or join the military. They’ll have a whole new respect for the protectors of our cities and nation.

Wow, how white is this message board.

    1. Paul

Bam! Thank you! You beat me to it, but glad you said it.

      1. Corey

I was waiting for mr “if you say anything against a black person you’re a white racist” alter.

    2. David

There’s people all shades of the rainbow that are tired of all this BS. But you and paul keep believing everything the media tells you. 🙂

I just love how the white people (I’m Native American) think they know what’s best for people of color. And how, as the majority who’ve been controlling everything in this country, you’re tender feelings get affronted when “OMG” people actually understand and support the change that’s needed.

        Y’all so delicate.

        1. David

I never said I know whats best for any race of people. I don’t care what color you are, if you want to be treated like a civilized human being then act like a civilized human being. If you want to be treated like a criminal, then act like a criminal. But you can’t go loot, riot, and commit arson then go cry wah wah wah I’m not being treated equally.

Disney is a place to get away from the world’s woes. The teams should be fined.

While the referee’s actions are obviously well intended, why do these actions always appear to be a photo op. By comparison, to date, there have been 464 homicides in the city of Chicago. The majority of the homicides, 301 lives, were young black men. That is 1.26 murders a day and this is just Chicago! Organizing a march through the West Garfield Park or Englewood neighborhoods in Chicago may actually have an impact, by bringing attention to the carnage taking place on a daily basis. Unfortunately we’re not going to see that happen anytime soon.

Shame on the NBA , MLB ,NHL These refs and Disney for this outrageous act of ignorance. These selective and omissive protest for personal agenda causes is wrong. Sports and Disney are entertainment to escape the real world. They are a opportunity to de stress for the daily grind and these insensitive , overpaid and privileged individuals just ruined it for a whole lot of other people.

If they want to protest something at Disney they should protest to keep Splash Mountain as it is.

  13. Right is Right

Right is right – Wrong is wrong – Many people make statements of support for others everyday – Professional athletes have more notice of their positions – Theirs is a bigger, more public platform and stage – Our family respects anyone and everyone who stands up for what is good and just – Referees, inside the NBA bubble, in sight of others inside the bubble, in support of players, coaches and others – that is wonderful and amazing – if you do not like it then look away – it does not affect you and it was not done in support of you – go peacefully do what you want and leave others alone

And this crap is why I stopped watching pro sports.
    1) I love how the term “Unarmed” keeps changing. It used to be considered no weapon. Then it went to just not a gun. Now it’s That’s the guys beating the cop over the head with a brick with a mob joining in and the cop defends himself. And if he kill his attacker… that black guy was unarmed. This is bull crap.
    2) More white people are shot by cops than black people. Why is no one rioting for those deaths?

This is all a political sharade.

    Get woke go broke

The thing is, hollywood, sports and the msm have become communist propaganda outlets, which all started decades ago. Back then however, things weren’t so obvious and in your face. I cut them all off 10 years ago when the propaganda went from covert to overt. I started reading and riding my bicycle a lot more as well. The bread and circuses are pointless anymore. If you watch them, you’re supporting your own demise and financing forces that are working very hard against you and for communism.
