In orlando theres 2 character warehouse aka disney outlets at the outlets ones right next to the shrine right outside of wdw ones across from uni.
The last time i was there they had ears really cheap including a few of the fashion ones! The dresses even end up there so if you are local esp and can wait wait till they arent sold at park and then check the outlets N grab it cheap! Last time i saw reg ears range from $5-10 & the boxed high end ears was priced $65 which though still expensive is way less then it was orginally at $500!
Dresses go for about the same i got a mansion one at one pt for $75 instead of $130!
Just be prepared to wait like at a theme park attraction to get inside its a very small store and they dont want the line inside going back into their stock room (been there on holidays it was ugly was there a few wks ago you thought it was!).
