With summer crowds invading the Disney Parks in a matter of weeks, we’re looking for ways to avoid waiting in as many lines as possible. One of Disney’s best new amenities is Mobile Order, the awesome method of ordering food ahead of time using the My Disney Experience app. Mobile Order has been available at select quick service dining locations throughout Walt Disney World for over a year, but soon it’s expanding to select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, making guest experiences better than ever.
Mobile Order allows guests to avoid waiting in line for quick-service food, beverages, and snacks. And now that it’s coming to the Walt Disney World Resort hotels, guests will be able to use Mobile Order to maximize their hotel stays, from getting a jumpstart on their days by ordering breakfast at the hotel’s food court to picking up fresh meals and snacks from the hotel’s quick-service dining location as soon as they return from a long day in the theme parks. We already love taking advantage of skipping the lines for Dole Whip at Adventure Isle and those awesome customizable bowls at Satu’li Canteen. Using Mobile Order in the theme parks has been a game-changer, so we’re sure it will be equally convenient at the resort hotels.
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort already offers Mobile Order at Centertown Market and Spyglass Grill, and this has been an awesome convenience for guests of that resort. Over the next few months, guests will be able to order food using Mobile Order at Everything POP Shopping & Dining at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, The Mara at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, and Contempo Café at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Remember that you don’t need to be staying at a Disney Resort hotel in order to eat there, and the same goes for Mobile Order as well. We’re sure we’ll be ordering some zebra domes from The Mara as soon as Mobile Order becomes available there!
Also, guests on any Disney Dining Plan can redeem their meal and snack credits using Mobile Order as well. So don’t forget to select that option if you’re planning on using a dining plan on your next Walt Disney World vacation!
