Every Disney fan wishes they could travel to the magical worlds from our favorite movies, and the team at UpgradedPoints.com used that as inspiration for a series of Disney-inspired travel posters.
The designers at Upgraded Points, a site that helps travelers learn how to maximize their credit card points and miles, created vintage travel posters themed to “Peter Pan,” “Sleeping Beauty,” “The Lion King,” “Aladdin,” “Moana,” “Coco,” and “The Little Mermaid.”
“A few of our designers wanted to capture that longing to experience the true locations of these fantastic films, and the inner child in all of us couldn’t resist seeing how they interpreted the locations of their favorite films,” says the site.
Head to Neverland, where the adventure never ends, on this “Peter Pan”-inspired print. The poster features The Jolly Roger, Skull Rock, and other glimpses of the land where you never have to grow up.
Plan a “once upon a dream” visit to France, the setting for Disney’s “Sleeping Beauty.” This poster features woodland creatures (including the owl wearing Prince Philips’s cloak and hat) with the fairy tale castle visible in the distance.
Visit Pride Rock to see everywhere the light touches. This poster inspired by Disney’s “The Lion King” invites you to take in the stunning savanna views from atop the movie’s iconic location.
This “Aladdin”-inspired poster offers a whole new world of adventures in Agrabah. The inviting city can be seen in the distance, along with a few figures enjoying a magic carpet ride through the sky. In the foreground, it looks like Genie is about to emerge from the magic lamp.
Who wouldn’t want to visit the tropical paradise from Disney’s “Moana”? As this poster says, “you’re welcome” to imagine a Motunui vacation on the island’s gorgeous beaches.
“Coco” was a magical, musical celebration of family and we’d love to pay a visit to the movie’s festive Land of the Dead. Take a walk across the beautiful marigold bridge with this stunning poster.
Journey under the sea with this “Little Mermaid”-inspired design. The poster features King Triton’s castle in Atlantica, the home of Ariel, her sisters, and her undersea pals.
Unfortunately, these posters aren’t for sale, but we’d definitely scoop up every one of them if we could.
