Recently the Beverly Hills Boulangerie at Universal Studios Florida closed its doors. This morning Universal announced its replacement: TODAY Café. The new venue will take its theming from NBC’s TODAY show.
Perfectly located to help fuel a fun-filled day at Universal Studios Florida theme park, TODAY café will offer breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Just inside the park entrance, and across from Universal Studios Store, guests will recognize the signature, bright orange color scheme to match TODAY show’s logo.
“The venue is designed to look and feel like Studio 1A in New York City where TODAY broadcasts daily. Vibrant orange awnings and large floor-to-ceiling windows will line the outside of the cafe, as well as outdoor seating meant to look like the TODAY plaza.
Inside, you will be able to step into the stage lighting and TODAY’s vibrant orange theming with a modern and sleek design. Plus, as you sit down and enjoy your cup of coffee and a bite to eat, you can catch up on top headlines from TODAY’s live broadcast.” – Universal Orlando Up Close blog
Among the must-have munchies, a unique TODAY Show specialty coffee blend (locally crafted exclusively for TODAY Cafe). Coffee, lattes, espresso, and cappuccino will be on hand to wash down pastries, seasonal treats, salads, and sandwiches. Specialty dishes inspired by TODAY show personalities will also be on hand.
Other entrees at TODAY Cafe include Chinatown Asian-inspired chicken salad, avocado toast, and Mulberry Street classic Italian sandwich.
Beer and wine and a special cheese platter for two take their cue from the show’s 4th hour:
TODAY Café will be opening in Spring 2019 at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida.
