The 2019 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival once again brings California-inspired cuisine to the park for a limited time this spring, and you can now make reservations for the festival’s signature events.
From March 1 – April 23, 2019, guests attending the festival can experience culinary demonstrations, over a dozen Festival Marketplace kiosks, and family-friendly seminars. The festival’s signature events also offer can’t-miss opportunities for foodies, and this year, new experiences include Dinner with the Disney Chefs and Winemaker Receptions at Carthay Circle Restaurant. In addition, the fan-favorite Sweet Sundays are returning with more delectable desserts.

Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri at Palisades Stage

Watch as superstar chef Guy Fieri shares personal stories, secrets of his success, and favorite recipes. He’ll create some of his signature dishes live on stage and following the event, guests are invited to a reception where they can sample the featured dish.

Dinner with the Disney Chefs

Meet the Disneyland Resort chefs and sommeliers featured in the new “Disney Festivals Cookbook” and enjoy a 4-course meal inspired by festival recipes. Your meal will be perfectly paired with hand-selected wine and cocktails.
When: Thursday, March 28, 2019, from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM

In the Kitchen With…

Watch as star chefs share personal stories and create some of their signature dishes live on stage. Enjoy a brunch buffet featuring one of the chef’s dishes along with one alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage, coffee, tea or water. After the demo, ticketed guests are invited to take a photo with the visiting chef. The chefs will offer additional book signing opportunities for guests not attending the event.

Sip in the glory of California wines outdoors on the lovely Sonoma Terrace at Golden Vine Winery as you learn about different wine varieties, get tasting notes and ask questions about the wine being served.
Beer Education & Tasting Seminars
Head over to the Paradise Gardens Colonnade near Paradise Garden Grill to learn more about some of these favorite grown-up beverages and find out what goes into making them, as samples are presented with notes about the flavors, ideas for food pairings and how best to serve each one.
Mixology Education & Tasting Seminars
Mix, muddle, shake and stir with acclaimed mixologists and makers of craft spirits. Each seminar at The Vineyard Room at Wine Country Trattoria will focus on a single spirit or style of drink and will end with the featured cocktail—made by you!
