Everything is awesome! Last month, we found out that the title for “The LEGO Movie” sequel would be “The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part.” Now, we have gotten our first look at the sequel.
Warner Bros. revealed the first poster for “The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part” today and it shows the team of Emmet, Wyldstyle, Batman, Benny Unikitty and Metal Beard reflected in the visor of some mysterious being.
The poster also includes the tagline “They come in pieces,” implying some sort of LEGO aliens will play a role in the new film.
Voice-over stars Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, and Will Arnett are all set to return alongside new cast member Tiffany Haddish in a yet-unannounced role. “The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part” is currently slated to hit theaters February 8, 2019.
