Wine Bar George, a new estate-style wine bar from Master Sommelier George Miliotes, is scheduled to open soon at Disney Springs, and today Disney shared a new look at the restaurant.
This rendering shows the second floor of Wine Bar George, which includes space for group seating and views of Disney Springs. “Guests will experience a feel reminiscent of the ‘Old World’ as if they are on the bottom floor of a gravity-flow winery surrounded by their best friends. The upstairs floor includes seating for groups of all sizes, space for private events and sweeping views of Disney Springs,” said Miliotes.

When it opens, Wine Bar George will offer small plates and more than 100 wine selections from well-known wineries and up-and-coming regions, all handpicked by Master Sommelier George Miliotes.
