Black Panther movie costumes, including the iconic Dora Milaje uniforms, showcased on mannequins with a bold purple and red backdrop at Disneyland Resort.

We say this every time a Disney movie opens there, but it remains true without a doubt: there’s no better way to enter Wakanda than seeing Marvel Studios’ new feature film “Black Panther” at El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, California.

In addition to an extensive costume display curating the outfits worn by nine different characters in the movie (ten if you count T’Challa and Black Panther separately), the El Capitan has fun photo ops, a cool “Black Panther” suit popcorn bucket, live DJs, a stunning Panther rock formation diorama on stage, and– as always– state-of-the-art projection and sound for the ultimate Marvel viewing experience.

For the opening night audience last night, “Black Panther” actor Winston Duke (M’Baku) appeared to introduce the movie to the cheering crowd. He also took a few moments to talk to me about his character and what makes El Capitan so special.
