“I am a Jedi… like my father before me.” Now that we’ve witnessed the twilight of Luke Skywalker in last year’s “Star Wars: The Last Jedi,” we can look back at the character during the timespan of “Return of the Jedi” as perhaps his most unconditionally heroic period. And now Star Wars toy collectors can own a gorgeously detailed representation of that version of Luke from Sideshow Collectibles.
The Luke Skywalker Deluxe Sixth Scale Figure, now available for pre-order, allows fans to recreate Luke’s three key costumes from Episode VI, including the robed “Jedi” look, the poncho-sporting Endor outfit, and the toned-down ensemble from his final duel with Darth Vader.
Standing approximately twelve inches tall, Luke comes with the three removable costumes, two different heads, eleven interchangeable hands, a DL-18 blaster, the green lightsaber from “Return of the Jedi,” and an attractive display stand.
The highly-detailed figure sells for $235 on Sideshow’s official website, but a payment plan is available at $52.88 per month over four months with a non-refundable deposit of $23.50. Expected delivery is between December 2018 and January 2019.
