Four restaurants at the Swan and Dolphin Resort will be offering specials for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as well as special dining experiences for New Year’s Eve. These extravagant dining options include:

Christmas Eve special:
Roulade de Poussin, saffron risotto, blistered tomatoes, au blanc red pearl onions, tasso, wild mushrooms, tarragon jus – $34
Christmas Day special:
Bone-in Pork Chop, Farro, baby leek cremeux, nantes carrots, brown butter, radish, winter truffle, natural jus – $39
New Year’s Eve special:
Dover Sole, pomme de terre, root vegetables, meyer lemon beurre blanc – $45

Garden Grove
Christmas Eve:

New Year’s Eve:
Shula’s Steak House will have a special New Year’s Eve Celebration with two seatings. The first seating will feature their regular full menu and will be between 5pm and 6:30pm. Il Mulino will have a special New Year’s Eve Celebration. The first seating will be a la carte from 4:00pm – 6:15pm. The second seating will be a four course dinner from 7:15 pm to 11:00 pm.
