Over the weekend, Sony debuted the first trailer for the upcoming animated Spider-Man movie titled Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, focusing on Miles Morales.
In the comics, Morales takes on the identity of Spider-Man following the death of Peter Parker. He and the original Spider-Man share similar powers, but Morales was bitten by a slightly different genetically engineered spider, giving him the power to camouflage himself and attack with a venom strike. The first trailer for “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” invites viewers into a universe where “more than one wears the mask.”
