Race medals for 2018 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend revealed

runDisney will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Disney Princess Half Marathon in 2018 and they’ve just revealed the royal medals that will be awarded to the finishers of the weekend’s races.

The weekend’s events will consist of three races, including a 5K, 10K and of course the Half Marathon, as well as kids races.

Runners who are able to complete the 5K will receive a medal based on “Tangled,” featuring Rapunzel and Pascal.

If you’re brave enough to complete the 10K, you will receive a medal featuring the adventurous princess Merida from Disney-Pixar’s “Brave.”

If you’re able to whistle your way through the entire half marathon, you will collect a special “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”-themed medal.

And finally, if you are able to complete the Disney Fairy Tale Challenge (both the 10K and the half marathon) before the clock strikes midnight on this race weekend, you will receive a special “Cinderella”-themed medal celebrating the 5th anniversary of the challenge.

The impressive collection of medals can be earned when the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend comes to Walt Disney World February 22 through 25.
