The 17th Door Haunt Experience in California has a new addition to their Perpetuum Penitentiary and he’s checking to see if you’re naughty or nice.

“Haunted Holiday Treasure Hunt of Absurdity” is a twisted new holiday-themed haunt from The 17th Door that will have guests attempting to escape the Penitentiary while being terrorized by a demonic Santa and the elves that serve him.

As a group, guests will collect or earn gifts as they proceed through 17 rooms of terrifyingly intense holiday absurdity. To earn gifts, each group will be performing tasks, solving riddles, consuming “treats,” exchanging items with twisted characters, or just surviving something horrible. Each guest will be given a stocking that they carry to hold these gifts in their travels. Visitors to the attraction win or lose as a group. The more gifts a guest earns, the better their chance at making the “Nice List” and receiving a free prize!

The 17th Door “Haunted Holiday Treasure Hunt of Absurdity” will be open December 8, 9, 15 and 16. For tickets and more information be sure to visit their official website.
