Halloween is about two things: candy and spooks. This year at the Winchester Mystery House in San Jose, you can find both. One of the most haunted locations in the country is welcoming trick-or-treaters ages 12 and under.
From 2 PM to 6 PM on Halloween, children will be able to visit three treat stations around the ominous abode and collect their Halloween candy, completely free of charge.
It is worth noting though that this free event does not include nor interfere in any way with the Halowe’en Candlelight Tour which will still run throughout Halloween night.
