The iconic Headless Horseman brandishes his sword as he confronts a terrified guest on horseback deep within Sleepy Hollow’s shadowy woods, capturing the suspense and thrills found in Walt Disney World’s Return to Sleepy Hollow experience.

The Headless Horseman rides again during “Return to Sleepy Hollow” at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.

The special event includes a perfectly spooky group viewing of the 1949 Disney animated classic “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” inside the resort’s historic Tri-Circle-D Ranch stables. Be prepared to see galloping ghosts and have a personal encounter with the Headless Horseman himself.

The Headless Horseman from Return to Sleepy Hollow thrills guests as he gallops through a shadowy, fog-filled forest at night, gripping a glowing jack-o’-lantern—an iconic and spine-chilling moment that captures the spirit of Walt Disney World’s Halloween festivities.

Return to Sleepy Hollow takes place from September 29-October 2, October 5-9, 12-16, 19-23 and 26-31, at 8:00PM and 10:00PM.

General seating is $22 per person. Premium seating, which includes a priority photo opportunity with the Headless Horseman and a Halloween treat bag, costs $38 per person. Children under the age of 2 receive free admission but must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.
