As a haunter myself, I honestly just don’t like the whole ‘extreme adult maze’ thing. See, it doesn’t matter if you make people sign a waiver or not; if someone gets seriously injured in your haunt, you’re going to get sued, and the bad press involved will backlash on every other haunt around… even haunts that have no ‘adult’ experience. People love to tar unrelated things with the same brush, it happens all the time. Now, I don’t know if this one is mostly just for the hype factor (I know some are) but waivers like this aren’t worth the paper they’re printed on in a real court, and one of these days, it’s going to cost someone a lot. Possibly everything.
