Roaring Fork has reopened at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge after getting a makeover, and there are some tasty new items on the menu along with some returning favorites.

The rustic restaurant serves up breakfast from 6:00AM – 11:00AM and includes the new 10-hour Pulled Pork Cheese Grits with poached egg and the delicious Banana Foster’s French Toast. The popular Breakfast Flatbread is back on the menu, this time with sausage gravy, ham, eggs and cheddar. Grab n’ go options like fresh fruit and pastries are available as well.

Roaring Fork is offering specialty beverages for the first time, including the Gold Rush Latte (vanilla latte with caramel). This drink was previously featured in the Territory Lounge and is now on the daily breakfast menu.

From 11:00AM – midnight, hearty lunch and dinner options are served. The new Brisket Burger with cheddar, cranberry barbecue sauce, cast iron irons and frisée is served on a brioche bun. You can also try the Grilled Chicken on Focaccia with roasted peppers and fresh mozzarella or the Gourmet Grilled Cheese with cheddar, arugula, tomato and onion jam on multi-grain bread.

Two new flatbreads are available: Fennel Sausage and Pepperoni with caramelized onion and goat cheese or Asiago Grilled Chicken with peppers and onions.

The popular Wilderness Salad with chicken, walnuts, apples and cheddar is available in the grab n’ go area or can be made to order.

Roaring Fork is located in the main building at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and features patio seating near the Copper Creek Springs pool area.

The restaurant is open daily, and you can take a look at the full menu on the Walt Disney World website.
