For the first time, “American Idol” is kicking off auditions for the new season at Walt Disney World. Today, Disney released more detail on the process for aspiring singers.

On August 17, head over to Disney Springs for a chance to audition with “American Idol” producers. Though Ryan Seacrest and Katy Perry have been announced as co-hosts, no celebrity judges will be on site at the audition. Registration starts at 6:00AM with auditions beginning at 8:00AM, so get there early to book a slot. Registration closes at 12:00PM or earlier if they reach capacity.

Auditions take place outdoors, so be sure to bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and a hat to stay cool while you wait.

Parking is available at the surface lot on the west side of Disney Springs (near House of Blues and Cirque du Soleil) starting at 4:00AM. No overnight camping is allowed.

Singers must be at least 15 years old to audition and are allowed to bring one guest over the age of 5 on the big day. To pre-register and find more information, visit the American Idol website.

If you can’t make it to one of the in-person auditions, you can also show off your talent online.

The new season of “American Idol” premieres in 2018 on ABC.
