E.T., with his signature glowing chest and fingertip, stands in a misty, nighttime New York forest on a thrilling adventure, reaching out toward twinkling lights in the distance—evoking the classic movie poster as seen on memorabilia and attractions at film-inspired theme parks.

Steven Spieblerg’s classic film “E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial” is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year. And to do so, there will be a special screening of the iconic movie at The Roxy Hotel Theatre in New York this Friday, July 14.

The screening is already sold out so unless you already have your ticket, you won’t be able to see this anniversary screening. However, you can still pick up an autographed copy of the iconic film poster, made by artist Drew Struzan.

A glowing UFO casts a dramatic spotlight onto the dark forest below, where an adventurous guest reaches upward in awe, recreating the iconic E.T. poster vibe reminiscent of Universal Studios’ attractions—an unforgettable, cinematic moment straight out of a theme park experience set deep in New York’s wooded landscapes.

The prints will feature Struzan’s signature. You will not need a ticket to the screening if you want to pick up one of the prints but they will be sold on a first come, first-served basis. Any remaining prints will be sold on the Bottleneck Gallery and Vice Press websites on Tuesday, July 18.
