"Caddyshack" restaurant from Bill Murray & family heading to Chicago with a golf-themed, family-friendly menu

A “Caddyshack”-themed restaurant is heading to Chicago.

Actor Bill Murray and his siblings are opening Murray Bros. Caddyshack in the Village of Rosement. Located in the Crown Plaza Hotel near O’Hare International Airport, the restaurant offers family-friendly, casual dining. The menu includes a few nods to the classic sports comedy, including a Caddyshake and Crispy Potato Golf Balls.

The new Chicago restaurant is the second Murray Bros. Caddyshack location. The original, located in St. Augustine, Florida, opened in 2001. This new location is closer to the Murrays’ hometown of Wilmette, Illinois, making the family connection to “Caddyshack” even stronger. Both Bill and Brian-Doyle Murray had roles in the film.

The Chicago outpost of Murray Bros. Caddyshack opens in December.
