This Thursday and Friday, Orlando comic book store Gods and Monsters is hosting a free event from Warner Brothers Studios.
A unique, mobile theater, the Cinetransfomer, will feature free showings of an extended trailer for the upcoming WWII film, “Dunkirk.”
The Cinetransformer is a large trailer that transforms into small stadium-style theater. With 87 interactive seats, 5.1 Dolby digital surround sound and a 15-foot screen (powered a Barco Cinema Projector), this pop-up preview presentation will be on site for only two days.
The event runs from 11am to 4pm on Wednesday, June 14th and Thursday, June 15th. Presented by Warner Brothers and Movie Mob, the free viewing will feature the prologue for the forthcoming feature. In addition to the extended movie trailer, Warner Brothers will have a limited supply of promotional materials on hand to give away.
“Dunkirk,” (2017) is the story of a civilian armada that set forth in an attempt to rescue Allied forces from the French city of Dunkirk during World War II. The Allies were hopelessly surrounded by the advancing German army. Told from the perspectives of land, air and sea, “Dunkirk” is the second film to tell the tale about Operation Dynamo, which took place from May 26th to June 4th, 1940. The Christopher Nolan production debuts in theaters on July 21st.
