Along with the official grand opening of Pandora – The World of Avatar this Saturday, May 27, comes several collectible items for fans visiting on the big day.
A special limited edition Opening Day pin is available in a batch of 5,000. Designed by Dylan Cole, Co-Production Designer for the upcoming “Avatar” movie sequels, the locket-style pin opens to reveal Pandora at night. Guests visiting on May 27 can also purchase a limited edition five-pin box set that features tiny travel posters from Alpha Centauri Expeditions. Also designed by Cole, this set is an edition of 250.
We’ve already mentioned the limited edition ACE and Na’vi MagicBands, and there’s a third option available for Passholders. This version includes the phrase “I traveled to Pandora on May 27, 2017” and will be sold in a batch of 5,000.
These collectibles will be available at Windtraders in Pandora – The World of Avatar, with select items also available in Disney Trading Company on Discovery Island.
A collection of t-shirts, water bottles, hats, and more will be sold in Pandora starting on May 27.
Three t-shirts will also be available online from May 24 – June 7 on the Disney Store website. These shirts are similar to ones that will be sold in the park on Opening Day.
Some of these items will also be available on the Shop Disney Parks app.
