A green bundt cake drizzled with rich chocolate and sprinkled with crushed pistachios, plated on a brown dish—this delectable dessert channels the culinary magic of Epcot’s 2017 Food & Wine Festival, capturing the innovative spirit and international flavors that Disney fans love.

The 22nd annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival will now run for 75 days and feature more Marketplaces than ever before at 35. The number of Marketplaces is in celebration of the number of years the park has been open.

Two new items to look out for at the festival are the new Crispy Chicken, which is comprised of riddled cornbread and red-eye gravy and the Spicy Korma Chicken, featured below, which is made with cucumber-tomato salad, almonds, cashews and warm naan bread.

A colorful serving of chicken curry and diced vegetables atop naan bread, arranged on a brown plate with a bright green backdrop—an Epcot Food & Wine Festival-inspired dish capturing the global flavors Disney guests love to discover.

Another new bite to sample, featured below, is the Charcuterie in a Cone. This can be found exclusively at the Spain Marketplace.

A tempting food cone filled with cheese cubes, cured meat, olives, and fresh herbs is served on a rustic wooden board beside slices of prosciutto—an iconic snack spread that transports you to the lively marketplace stalls of Epcot’s 2017 Food & Wine Festival.

If you’re in the mood for something sweet then make sure to try the Pistachio Cardamom cake, the desert is finished with a dollop of chocolate coconut mousse.

Other events to see at the festival include hands-on culinary workshops by celebrity chefs and demonstrations at the Festival Center. You can also check out featured musicians at the nightly “Eat to the Beat” Concerts.

The festival will also feature dishes and culinary demos that are geared for kids as well as specialty dining and pairing events at the World Showcase restaurants and the resort hotels.
