VIDEO: First trailer arrives for Disney’s live-action “Beauty and the Beast”

Prepare to be enchanted by the newly-unveiled trailer for the live-action movie “Beauty and the Beast.”

Disney debuted the first full-length trailer of its remake of the classic tale on Monday morning during Good Morning America, with “Harry Potter” actress Emma Watson taking on the role of the beauty Belle.

The film, directed by Bill Condon, also stars Dan Stevens as the Beast, Luke Evans as Gaston and Ian McKellen as Cogsworth.

This morning, around 8:20am PT / 11:20am ET, stars Emma Watson, Dan Stevens, Luke Evans, Josh Gad, and director Bill Condon, will be answering questions in a Facebook Live on the Beauty and the Beast page.

Beauty and the Beast” will arrive in theaters on March 17, 2017. Check out the trailer below:

    Why does Belle, the French girl who lives the provincial life, have a British accent? My first impression is that Disney just wanted to snatch the popular actress from Universal and didn’t think about staying true to the storyline.
