Walt Disney World lifts Spring Break blockout dates for Florida Resident Disney Select tickets

in Walt Disney World

Spring Break won’t be holding back Walt Disney World guests anymore who purchase the Florida Resident Disney Select ticket.

Disney has announced that March 19-April 1 will now be available for ticket-holders to enjoy the parks, though summer blockout dates still apply.

Each ticket is $202, which comes out to $68 per day for a 3-day ticket and $223 for a 4-day ticket ($56 per day). Guests can visit one theme park per day and it expires six months after the first use or by Dec. 17, 2017.

Florida residents who are interested in learning more about this ticket option are encouraged to visit Disneyworld.com/resident.

That’s a great idea, but, I am retired and prefer not to have to deal with Spring breakers. I go on my original date….Mothers Day.

  2. John Rumph

Whats up with no fast passes for the Flower an d Garden Concert series? For Food And Wine in the Fall it was awesome.

  3. Marcos

Just wish disney would do the same with the annual passes. Rediculous disney can call annual passes but can only use it seasonally.

  4. Carolyn Harris

Weekday SELECT tickets should be included. Key word is SELECT. All SELECT tickets should be included or change the name.

I don’t understand why there are blackout days for Florida residential people buying annual passes…and only get to use them part of the time. I think we are being cheated.
