‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’ director posts comical rehearsal photos

Groot, Rocket Raccoon, and three fellow Guardians of the Galaxy stride boldly through a high-tech spaceship set, surrounded by metallic walls that create an immersive Marvel Cinematic Universe atmosphere, evoking the excitement of a live-action attraction or behind-the-scenes tour at a Disney Parks Guardians of the Galaxy experience. The moment feels cinematic and engaging, as if guests are witnessing rehearsal for a spectacular theme park show.

Looks like it’s time for round two of the dance-off!

James Gunn, director of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, has tweeted a rehearsal picture and it’s kind-of hilarious. It features Chris Pratt, Zoe Salanda, and WWE wrestler-turned-actor Dave Bautista giving the rest a hardcore lesson in “real” acting.

A lively group of five performers brings a theatrical script to life indoors, gripping papers as they rehearse an energetic scene, reminiscent of backstage moments at a themed entertainment show under the guidance of a spirited director.
