YouTube user Sufficiently Advanced has managed to build a ‘real burning lightsaber’ filling a silver handle casing. This device is complete with a valve control at the top and nichrome ignition on the side. Containing a fuel mixture of methanol and acetone, the lightsaber comes to life with butane as a propellant.
