This week we’ve seen a lot of news around MCU films, including Thor, Black Panther, and the potential Inhumans film. Yet, little has been discussed in regards to Marvel’s Netflix shows. With Daredevil proving to be a huge success, and arguably being a far more relevant piece of pop culture than the Agent Carter or Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. shows, many have been eagerly awaiting the footage of Jessica Jones.
The street level heroine has been an integral character for a long time in the comics, especially considering her relationship with Luke Cage. While she only made her first appearance in 2001 (making her a relatively new character compared to her Marvel counterparts), she has found a way to carve out a place in the world of comics.
Below is the first full trailer released to promote the show. While we’ve gotten a handful of teasers and short scenes, this trailer drastically raises the stakes for the character. Check it out below.
A full trailer breakdown will be available later. Marvel’s Jessica Jones premieres via Netflix on November 20th, 2015.
