Voted at number 6 out of 25, the Walt Disney World Resort restaurant remains the only Florida restaurant on the list. Under Chef Scott Hunnel, maître d hotel Israel Perez and Pastry Chef Erich Herbitschek, Victoria & Albert’s is also an AAA Five-Diamond Award winner.

Recently, the dining room added a new Chef’s Degustation Menu, featuring 10 small courses, all inspired by Hunnel’s world travels and by the seasons. The seven-course Chef’s Tasting Menu still remains, while the Queen Victoria Room still offers a 10-course menu paired with wines from the restaurant’s exquisite cellar.

We took our daughter and a friend and arrived Christmas Day. We had our Christmas at home Christmas Eve. I will never forget arriving with chestnuts roasting on a cart at the entrance, the largest Christmas tree I have ever seen decorated with just large mirrors , tea was absolutely grand. We enjoy tea here in New Orleans at our Windsor Court. We invited some of our Florida family to enjoy our character restaurant. Most frightening was upon check in each of us was given a card for unlimited spending anywhere in Disney World. With two teenagers, I was a little worried but I was surprised and it will all work out. This visit must have been in 1997. I want to go back but just my husband and I this time. We lived in Orlando when it opened and I actually had the honor to meet Walt Disney during the planning stage. I love Disney World. It has many memories for my family.
