The new area at Downtown Disney, The Landing, got a new addition last week in the Italian gelato shop Vivoli Gelateria. Part of Downtown Disney’s transformation into Disney Springs the authentic style gelato shop fits right into the new old charm area with its Italian heritage.
Vivoli Gelateria is located close to the new BOATHOUSE restaurant and though they don’t offer any inside seating there is plenty of places to sit down and enjoy your treat around the area. The first thing you will see when stepping into Vivoli Gelateria is the huge gelato display case, all of it made in-house. There is a flavor combo to suit a large assortment of tastes with standbys like chocolate and mango but also exciting specialties like rice and salted caramel.
Vivoli Gelateria also features some baked goods like tarts and cookies and if you are feeling hungry they have three different panini sandwiches for you to enjoy too.
There is 24 different gelato flavors to choose from and three different cup sizes. Piccolo (small) at $5, media (medium) at $6 and Grande (large) at $7 and if you have trouble deciding what to pick you are welcome to ask for samples.
Vivoli also serves up coffees, italian sodas and milkshakes.
