We just saw the grand opening of  the Orlando Eye, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and Sea Life Aquarium at the new I-Drive 360 Entertainment complex last week. Later this May I-Drive 360 will have another grand opening with the new restaurant and retail shop ‘Sugar Factory American Brasserie’.

Sugar Factory Orlando logo featuring colorful candy balls, a playful yellow duck, and "Orlando" in a vibrant red oval, reflecting the whimsical and fun atmosphere of this popular I-Drive sweet spot beloved by theme park visitors.

The Sugar Factory restaurant chain debuted in Las Vegas 2009 and now has restaurants in locations like NYC, Chicago and Miami and is incredibly popular with celebrities and guests alike. Now it’s Orlando’s turn to get in on the trendy sweet treat location with a 8,000-square-foot restaurant featuring a main dining room, patio, walk-up window serving Sugar Factory’s frozen favorites. There will also be an accompanying retail shop that will include an ice cream and coffee counter.

The menu will be created by a team of world-class chefs and will include everything from pancakes and sweet and savory crepes to salads, burgers and pizzas.  Some of the classics like the Sugar Factory signature burger with crispy onions, house-made sauce, lettuce and cheese and the filet mignon served with bearnaise aioli and pommes frites will of course also be on the menu.
