Guests make their way down a palm-lined walkway toward the adventure-filled Indiana Jones-themed hangar restaurant, its rustic exterior aglow in the sunset, hinting at immersive Walt Disney World lounge experiences waiting inside.

With new shops and restaurants opening at Downtown Disney Walt Disney World almost every month now, while it’s transforming into Disney Springs, it comes as no surprise that we got another announcement.

Guests stroll beneath swaying palm trees toward the bustling Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost Lounge at sunset, with a spectacularly colorful sky lighting up the theme park atmosphere.

Next to the just opened BOATHOUSE restaurant a new Disney owned and operated aviation-themed lounge named ‘Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar’ will open its doors this fall.  As you may recognize, the name Jock Lindsey comes from the classic Indiana Jones movies and the lounge will be heavily inspired by the popular adventurer and his trusty pilot Jock.

Guests enjoy a bustling Indiana Jones-style adventure bar, complete with aviation memorabilia, immersive vintage decor, and warm ambient lighting inside a rugged lodge, all creating an energetic social hub reminiscent of classic attraction lounges.

The main room will feature and expansive bar with aviation decor and have seating for 150 guests. Guests who want to get some fresh air together with their drink can do that in Jock’s old steamboat, Reggie, now in permanent dry dock outside the lounge and in nearby seating on the adjacent deck.

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Br will feature some unique cocktails and small plates for the hungry too. You will be able to sip on “Hovito Mojito”, with Barsol Quebranta Pisco, fresh lime juice and simple syrup, and snack on “Air Pirates Everything Pretzels” with house-made mustard and beer cheese fondue.

This is how the location for the new lounge looked a couple of weeks ago with the “Reggie” boat just finished.

A covered boat awaits guests at the docks beside a waterfront building under construction, evoking the thrilling adventure vibe of Indiana Jones-themed experiences found at Walt Disney World.

Guests stroll past the iconic "Reggie" boat beside an adventure-themed outpost at sunset, surrounded by vibrant, painted colors that capture the thrilling spirit of Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost at Walt Disney World.
