Visit Seaworld Orlando during the May 2, 9, & 16 and you will experience the annual Hispanic festival Viva la Musica. During these Saturdays you can experience the food, fun, sights and sounds of the Latin culture. New for this year is that SeaWorld will transform the park’s garden area into a mini-fiesta for families. There will be monitors to watch the concert from afar, educational activities for children, domino tables, up-close encounters with some of SeaWorld’s amazing animal ambassadors and much more. Viva la Música festival activities begin at 1 p.m. each Saturday with concerts starting at 4 p.m. at Bayside Stadium.
The main stars of the event is the live performances from celebrity Latin artists and local Latin bands. These hot Latin concerts will really bring out the fiesta in you. For the concerts Seaworld is offering some special VIP packages:
- Front Row Seating – Starting at just $39, guests can reserve a front row seat (just inches away from the artists) and feel like part of the show. As an added bonus, guests will enjoy $10 toward in-park spending.
- Floor Seating – Starting at just $19, guests can enjoy reserved floor seats right in front of the stage act. This package also includes $10 toward in-park spending.
After you are done rocking out to the bands you can enjoy some savory Latin cuisine from SeaWorld’s own Executive Chef Héctor Colόn. Try such Latin delicacies such as the tripleta sandwich which is a hearty dish full of sizzling flavor made with roast pork, chicken, steak, cheese, potato sticks and a special SeaWorld sauce. Guests may also purchase a frozen piña colada and enjoy it straight out of a freshly cut pineapple.
Before you leave also make sure to visit the local artisans that will be a part of the festival selling some of your favorite products from back home like home-made jewelry and domino tables.
