Disney's new live-action movie "Dumbo" to be directed by Tim Burton

According to the Wall Street Journal, Tim Burton has just been announced to direct a new upcoming live-action Dumbo remake for Disney. The new Dumbo movie is still in development and so far has no release date, but is following Disney’s trend to remake classic animations into live-action movies. We have seen Disney do this to previous movies like “Alice in Wonderland” and the “Cinderella” premiering this Friday.

Tim Burton is mostly known for his movies like Alice in Wonderland, Corpse Bride and Nightmare Before Christmas.
