SeaWorld Orlando winds down Wild Days events, featuring Bindi Irwin, Jack Hanna and plenty of animals

SeaWorld Orlando has kicked of the new year with Wild Days, a series of 3-weekend long events that have one more weekend left.  Wild Days features interactive shows as well as some close encounters with animals.

So far…

Jan. 24-25: Penguin Lovers’ Weekend

Penguins was the theme of the first weekend and Julie Scardina shared her story about her lifelong love of animals on the stage, as well as brought out some interesting animals for the audience to see. After the show, guests could continue the celebration at Antarctica: Empire of The Penguin Block Party which featuring a DJ, character appearances, and even a close-up encounter with penguins.

Jan. 31 – Feb. 1: Generation Nature LIVE with Bindi Irwin

Bindi Irwin as you may know as the daughter of Steve Irwin (“The Crocodile Hunter”), will be the host of Generation Nature LIVE, which is designed to inspire kids to become “Game Changers for Nature.” Families can play interactive games to uncover their “Nature IQ,” and then dance away at the Sea Garden Block Party.

Coming up this weekend…

Feb. 7 – 8:  Jack Hanna Weekend

Join world-renowned animal expert Jack Hanna (“Jungle Jack “) whom is probably one of the most famous animal experts in the United State particularly for being on the David Letterman show several times. Now you will have the chance to see Jungle Jack and hear him share stories about his travels and personal experiences.
