March 13th we will see the release of the next live-action movie from Disney featuring the classic story of Cinderella. In a new Vanity Fair article costume designer Sandy Powell, who designed the wonderful costumes in the movie, discusses the making of the unique wedding dress Ella wears. The ivory silk organza gown took nearly a month to create and has hand painted flower detailing. Powell wanted to make sure that the wedding dress was different from classic blue ball gown and represented Ella’s goodness. Check out the latest trailer for the live-action Cinderella HERE
