Captain Phoebus from the 1996 Disney movie Hunchback of Notre Dame showed up at Epcot, Walt Disney World, this past weekend for a rare meet and greet with some lucky guests. He is rarely ever seen in any Disney Park but was out to train for the upcoming Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend, which will take place from February 19 to February 22, 2015.
