this looks like an original version of the festival of the lion king just with some paid stuff just outside but this is still good anyway just not a MUST WATCH on my book

Very saddened if The Lion King show isn’t playing at Animal Kingdom and now you have to pay a high price to attend food doesn’t look appealing or worth it ! With Tarzan and Lion King out nothings worth visiting Animal Kingdom will miss them.

The original Festival of the Lion King show still plays throughout the day…every day

I like that it has an open bar. As an adult that loves Disney parks. This is a big perk, the food looks good, and the show seems like a nicer version of the original they out on during the day. The buffet afterwards also looks nice. Back to the booze…a cocktail at any of the hotels or non-dry park starts at $8.00 can go up to $12.00. The buffet at the Animal Kingdom Lodge runs like $30.00 or so. It’ll be nice to see the park in the evening as well. Looking forward to doing this.

I wish Disney would come up with something besides just rehashing the Lion King movie. Disney has a real problem with this, actually. A lot of Disney attractions just rehash the old movies over and over.

It would have been nice to have maybe instead of the Lion King songs have new songs or traditional African folksinging and things, inspired by The Lion King. Something new and different but part of that world.

I never get the appeal of paying all the money to go to WDW just to see recreations of the movies we have at home on DVD.
