VIDEO: “My Little Pony” parodies “Maleficent” trailer for with line-by-line animated recreation

The popular “My Little Pony – Friendship is Magic” TV show has released a line-by-line recreation of moments from the upcoming Disney film “Maleficent” featuring its own animated characters in a parody trailer advertising the upcoming ‘Villaintines Day’ celebration on the Hub TV network.

Featuring Dischord as Maleficent and Twilight Sparkle as Aurora, the trailer feels all too familiar and yet amusingly different:
