Beginning June 12, Busch Gardens Tampa’s water park Adventure Island will debut Island Nights, with additional light-up entertainment every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night through August 9.
From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., the park will feature live music, entertainment, sand sculptures, street performers, stilt walkers and a steel drum band.
The new Island Nights Food Truck, located near Fabian’s Fun Port, will offer tacos, quesadillas, nachos, salad bowls and more bites to eat.
Sand sculpture artists will create themed masterpieces every week, beginning sculptures each Thursday evening to unveil the results by Saturday.
Kids will also get to enjoy their own dance floor at Mango Joe’s Beach.
Each evening of Island Nights will end with a “Glow-in-the-Dark Grand Finale,” on the park’s main beach at 8:30 p.m., featuring music, and LED-lit stilt walkers and other performance artists – with audience participation.
