Deep inside the mine where a million diamonds shine reside Snow White’s famous Seven Dwarfs and today Walt Disney World is showing off how they are being brought to life more realistically than ever before as part of the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train ride.

When the final piece of New Fantasyland opens soon, these lifelike dwarfs will surprise guests riding through on rocking mine cars with fully animated faces and smooth movement, whistling while they work. Disney calls them “some of the most advanced Audio-Animatronics figures Walt Disney Imagineering has ever created.”

One of the Seven Dwarfs with a rosy nose stands beside a glowing lantern, gripping his pickaxe in the softly illuminated mine, just like the beloved animatronics you’ll spot on the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at Walt Disney World.
