While missing in the mansion was adequate, this is obviously an attempt at getting attention from Disney. STOP SYPHONING FROM A MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY, AND BE ORIGINAL.
It’s obviously for fans. It’s not stealing or syphoning. So many Disney fans want this kind of stuff and eat it up as it’s a brilliant idea. So what if it’s based on concepts from imagineers 40+ years ago. That’s why it’s a great idea. Just let people enjoy it and stop being a wet blanket and a kill-joy.
I too am excited to see what they come up with this year. I feel that it more pays homage to, instead of stealing from the great work that Walts Imagineers did 40+ years ago.
If Disney would produce content like this then the fans would likely eat it up. However, juding from the fiasco that was Villains Unleashed, and the ebay frenzy over the e.l.f. Villain makeup books and other products, they have not gotten it through thier heads that they have a property that they could market as successfully as the Princesses to an older audience (that has the disposable income to support it!).

Fandom is one thing. Stealing from imagineers 40+ years ago, is criminal.

It’s a fan film. People make them all the time. Not stealing, just celebrating it.
