Universal Orlando has had an exclusive agreement with Marvel since the Islands of Adventure theme park opened more than 10 years ago. It prevents Disney from including those characters in their park, for now.

But when Disney World gets the rights, Universal will have to re theme the rides and Disney World will have some rides throughout there parks
