1A high-tech glass sports court is being billed as “the most advanced flooring system in the world,” with illuminated lines representing multiple sports drawing obvious comparisons to Disney’s world of “Tron.”
The ASB GlassFloor is created by European company ASB from rigid, but durable (and bouncy) glass with an infrastructure that allows patterns of court lines to be lit up from underneath, easily changing a court from basketball to badminton and beyond.
Unlike in “Tron,” real-life players on this court should be happy to be sent to the “games.”
