During the weekend of January 19-21, 2013, the Orlando Science Center held its 8th annual Otronicon, bringing together the worlds of video games, engineering, and other scienes in an entertaining and educational event. Disney offered a demonstration of theme park engineering with Audio-Animatronics figures from Cars Land, it’s a small world, an A-1 human robotic hand (like what’s used for the Hall of Presidents), and Wall-E and Eve, as well as a controllable track simulation of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad from Disneyland and a magnetic braking system miniature similar to that of Radiator Springs Racers.
