While the new Disney Fantasy cruise ship offers seemingly endless entertainment with plenty of Disney touches, one of the most magical sights to see while sailing the open ocean isn’t created by Imagineers.
As we head into the weekend that will tomorrow mark the maiden voyage of the newest Disney Cruise Line ship, I wanted to share what is possibly my favorite spectacle that occurs on board: sunset.
With nothing but gently flowing waters stretching past the horizon in all directions, the simple occurrence of the sun setting, casting orange and pink reflections over the blue ocean, is the one nightly form of entertainment that is worth setting aside all other activities for. The many decks and panoramic windows aboard the Disney Fantasy offer seemingly infinite ways to experience this natural phenomenon, but my favorite is from the privacy of a stateroom balcony,
