The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man ride at Universal Orlando Resort will reopen on Thursday, March 8, 2012, with newly-enhanced scenes, animation, and music and today Spider-Man co-creator and comic book legend Stan Lee has weighed in on the upgrade.
From a secret, undisclosed hideout (or perhaps just an office decorated with Spider-Man stuff), Stan Lee shares his excitement regarding not only the ride’s update, but also his own cameo that will be featured in it:
He refuses to spoil the surprise regarding his cameo. “I’m not going to tell you where to find me,” said Lee. “You’ll have to discover that on your own.”
Stan Lee was recently in Orlando for MegaCon at the Orange County Convention Center.
Guests will don new 3-D “Spider-Vision” glasses when helping the webbed wonder battle villains that include Doctor Octopus and the Hobgoblin, beginning in just two days.
