Hi! I really enjoy your take on theme park events. This year will be my first time attending the Food and Wine Festival, and I was wondering if you have plans to go again before next Thursday (10/13). That is the date I plan to go, and I would love to see some more reviews from you so I can plan accordingly.
No specific plans, but it’s possible I’ll return before then. I’ve tried many of the other dishes in the past few years, so if you want to know my thoughts on any specific ones, let me know and I’ll tell you if I’ve had them before.
I’m especially pleased that the one year failed experiment of adding cheese to the empanada in Argentina has ended. That dish has always been my personal favorite.
Anyways, thank you for the excellent and extremely thorough review. You’ve given me some great ideas for when I next attend the Festival.
I actually found the cheese flavor a bit too strong, it was the only item we ordered that night that I flat out couldn’t stomach. We didn’t stop at every stand, but we hit the highlights. I think my favorite desert item was definitely the always amazing Moroccan Baklava and my favorite entree’ was the Escargot offered in France,(Once I got over the fact that it was snail it was quite pleasant.)It was served in little bread balls and was a great way to end the day, since the park was closing by the time we got to France.
Comments for Review: New dishes at 2011 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival offer mostly unique and bold flavors with a few flops
