On the Marketplace side of Walt Disney World’s Downtown Disney, the Pin Traders shop recently received a design update, adding more color and character all with a pin theme. The rotunda of a store certainly offers guests plenty of chances to purchase and trade Disney’s popular trading pins, each featuring favorites from movies, television and theme parks. But now many of the walls within the shop are enticing Disney fans to make a visit.
An array of pin-spired puns accompany the new displays, which include characters from popular Disney and Pixar films like Toy Story, Up, Wall-E, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and “Pin-occhio,” featuring phrases like “To Pin-finity and beyond!” and “I want to be a PINcess.” Many of the displays also feature actual pins, used as artwork and accents.
The Disney Princess display features a large lenticular magic “mirror” that changes between images of Snow White and the Evil Queen as guests pass by.
